Release Day 2016 was another successful event with beautiful weather, and more friends enjoying wine, and pizzas! It was also the launch of our Terroir Club for our dedicated Pinot lovers!

We harvested our Pinot Noir this morning; picking at 25.3 brix; weight of .7 tons.

We signed the contract with Paul and Kathryn Sloan, of Small Vines Wines, to purchase two tons of their Chardonnay grapes beginning with the 2016 harvest.

Release Day 2015 was a successful event with more friends enjoying wine, pizzas and pétanque!
August 2015 – Harvest
Harvest began at 2 am on Friday, August 28th. Paul Sloan, our Vigneron, inspects our grapes.
On the sorting table, Luis, Greg, Paul, and Byron are focused on ensuring only the best clusters make it through the line.
Finished with the de-stemming process, Paul inspects the berries while Luis explains the process to our friend, Mary.
Finally, a year’s worth of work comes together, and the berries begin the fermentation process.
May 2015 – Barrel Tasting the 2014 Vintage
Proprietors Luis and Suzanne, along with Paul Sloan, our Vigneron, barrel tasting the newest vintage. The wine is showing good structure, elegant tannins and continues to reflect characteristics of the site as with previous vintages.
